FANCY’S CHOCOLATE CHUNK COOKIE BALLS READY TO BAKE FROM FREEZER
Allow the cookies 5-10 minutes out of the freezer before placing in the oven. When ready to bake, preheat your oven to 160C fan/gas mark 4. Line a large baking tray or tin with parchment paper and arrange the cookies evenly on the tray, leaving enough space between each one so they have room to expand during baking (when they will almost double in size).
Bake for 12 minutes, until the centre of each cookie is slightly soft and underbaked but the edges are crispy and golden. Remove from the oven and allow to cool on the tray for 10 minutes before serving
FANCY’S COFFEE BEANS
Tasting Notes: A blend of coffees, the predominance of Arabica gives the coffee in the cup an acidic tip, which becomes honey with the addition of sugar.
Origin: Produced by an Artisan Roaster near Vinci in Tuscany. The origins are a guarded secret but typical Northern Italian Espresso Coffees usually have an Indian Robusta base.

DRINKING CHOCOLATE - ST VINCENT 75%
A smooth and fruity drinking chocolate made in Suffolk from beans sourced from St Vincent Cocoa Company, a co-operative committed to improving cocoa growing and providing a market for small growers across the Caribbean island.
We make 75% dark chocolate from the beans and then shave it into the perfect flakes for melting into warm milk. This yields a drinking chocolate with a rich flavour and silky texture and tasting notes of pear, caramel and cream sherry.
